I had the distinct pleasure of speaking with the Assistant Professor of English at Oneonta State University of New York and author of the forthcoming book "The Raceless Antiracist: Why Ending Race is the Future of Antiracism", Dr. Sheena Mason, about the core tenets of the theory of racelessness, racialization as dehumanization, neosegregation, the business of racism, the difference between race and ethnicity, and much more.
